Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC

Most of the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work has been done on the house.  The roof is in the process of going in, drywall should go up this week, and we should also see the installation of the exterior cladding start to go up this week as well.

Look for some pictures later and a little discussion on each.  There are a few unique components related to these elements, including the Verve Living System as a part of the electrical system and also the use of mini-split units as opposed to a central heating and cooling system.

  1. Looks great!! Can’t wait to see the finished project. What’ s the projected end date? Are you ready to help in my addition design? I’ d really like to incorporate some type of solar and wind energy design. Of course, this would be in keeping with my current home style. Let me know, ok?

    • Thanks Cathy! It’s starting to come together. We don’t have a definite end date at this point but I would imagine in the next 4-8 weeks the project should be close to wrapping up. I would be happy to help with your addition design. It would be great to incorporate some type of wind or solar energy into the design. Keep me updated on what your thoughts are!
